Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a CT/X-ray Technologist to perform CT and general radiology procedures. You will work under the Department Manager and with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

The role requires Florida radiologic technologist licensure, ARRT certification, BLS, and cross-training in CT. You will support patient safety, minimize radiation exposure, and collaborate with a small team in a walk-in environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• Post-high-school special training completed.
• ARRT certification is required; CT certification preferred.
• Florida license as Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer required.
• BLS certification required.
• Cross-training in CT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT or X-ray and general radiology duties under supervision.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and department leadership to deliver imaging services.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
