Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray procedures under supervision. You will ensure patient safety, image quality, and radiation protection while supporting radiologists and a fast, collaborative workflow.

Responsibilities include operating CT and general radiology modalities, maintaining certifications, and contributing to a high‑quality, patient‑centered care environment. Florida licensure and ARRT are required, CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology.
• Post High School Special Training completed.
• FL license as Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer (CT preferred).
• ARRT certification required; CT certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray radiologic procedures in a patient‑centered manner.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patient and staff while maintaining image quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and department staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
