We have fantastic opportunities for a Full-Time Special Procedure Tech, 2 Part-Time Special Procedure Tech and 1 Part-Time CT/X-Ray Technologist in our Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital.

Job Duties Include:

• Performance of specialized and routine imaging procedures that require independent judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Performs examinations and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates radiographs for diagnostic quality and obtains additional images as needed.

Education And Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent/college preferred.
• Graduate of a two year school for radiological technologists.
• Registration: A.R.R.T. X-Ray/CT certification required.
• Licensed by the state of New York.
• Previous experience as a technologist in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of special procedure (interventional radiology).
