Job summary

Nikon Metrology is seeking an experienced X-ray/CT inspection support specialist based in Brighton, MI. You will conduct world-class inspections, perform digital radiography and computed tomography scans, and prepare detailed reports for customers and the business development team.

You will lead customer meetings, train users, demonstrate Nikon equipment, and help tailor configurations to applications while staying current with national and international standards. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet ITAR access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead in person and web meetings to present to customers at all Nikon Metrology locations.
• Perform Digital Radiography to customer goals.
• Perform Computed Tomography scanning to meet customer goals.
• Prepare reports based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining proactive communication with customers.
• Demonstrate Nikon’s X-ray equipment and software to customers.
• Support Equipment Sales with demos and on-site visits.
• Travel up to 20–25% domestically and internationally.
