Licenses & Certifications:

• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin
• Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Computed Tomography (CT) registration issued by ARRT (must be obtained within 18 months)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) (must be obtained within 6 months)

Degrees: Advanced training beyond High School, including completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Required Functional Experience: No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety, competency in IV and venipuncture (if required), excellent communication and patient service skills, ability to work independently, intermediate computer skills. Certification maintenance as per hospital standards.
