Job Description

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates only with a 1 year commitment to the organization

Under the direction of a radiologist, the CT Technologist performs complex procedures for diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for obtaining high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation. Assists radiologists or staff physicians in diagnostic CT procedures as required.

Job Requirements
Education:

Completion of formal radiology technology training at an AMA-approved school.

Skills:
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in using facility communication systems and equipment (e.g., EMR/PACS, fax).
  • Ability to input and retrieve information from medical systems.
License:

Must meet ARRT registry requirements and be CT registered. If eligible, must pass registry within one year of employment. State license if applicable.

Certification:

CPR certified.
