Schedule: Full Time Nights
Shift: Saturday-Monday 7pm-7am
The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Celebration
· Established in 1997, now a 357-bed hospital
· Designed as a Mediterranean resort-style facility to serve as a cornerstone of health in Disney’s planned community of Celebration, Florida
· Delivers a state-of-the-art healing environment to residents of Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Lake Counties, as well as visitors from across the U.S. and the world, within a 'living laboratory' of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body, and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease
The role you’ll contribute: Under general supervision, your primary duties include imaging both neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric, following age-specific guidelines of FH parameters, transmitting images for diagnostic interpretation, and keeping the hospital computer system updated with exam progress. You will actively participate in outstanding customer service, maintaining respectful relationships and implementing the principles of Florida Hospital.

· Performs all exams using FH CT protocols, properly identifying patients, educating them about the exam, screening for contrast allergies, and supervising/administering contrast as needed.
· Completes exams efficiently, maintains workflow, minimizes empty table time, and communicates effectively with patients regarding post-exam procedures.
· Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, adapting protocols for patients of all ages.
· Screens patients of childbearing age, minimizes radiation exposure, practices infection control standards, maintains a clean and organized environment, performs QA on CT scanners, and handles pharmaceutical waste following proper procedures after initial training.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
· Florida State License - general radiographer
· ARRT – R
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred qualifications:
· ARRT - CT
· AS or BS degree in Radiological Technology
· Prior CT experience on GE CT scanners
