Responsibilities

Position Summary: Responsible for providing efficient, quality-oriented patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs to assist in patient diagnosis, coordinating procedures, and transmitting images to radiologists. Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues, and prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification required
• Valid and active Radiology Tech license in the state of employment required
• Completion of CT Technology certificate program required
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels approved vendor required

Additional Skills

• Two years of experience preferred
• Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Professional image, regulatory knowledge, organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions, computer proficiency, and drug-free workplace are required

Certifications and Licenses

Must have current ARRT certification, valid Radiology Tech license, CT Technology certificate, and BLS certification.
