Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a CT Tech to join a community hospital in Benson, AZ. The role requires ARRT R.T. (R), CT Certification and AZ license, with at least one year of radiology experience and BLS within 90 days of hire.

You’ll perform CT imaging procedures, position patients safely, and ensure accurate recon imaging while coordinating with radiologists. The facility offers a full benefits package and relocation/sign-on options.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT R.T. (R) Reg Radiographer.
• CT Certification and CRT and CTCT Arizona License.
• At least 1+ year experience in radiology.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic imaging procedures/exams to patients of all ages for diagnosis.
• Prepares and positions patients and equipment safely and competently.
• Performs diagnostic CT examinations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists in administration of contrast media per policy and procedure.
• Obtains high quality CT images and follows software protocols.
• Ensures quality assurance measures are met.
• Maintains communication with radiologists regarding unusual findings.
• Ensures orders match diagnosis for proper reimbursement.
• Provides age- and culturally appropriate care.
