Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Benson, AZ is seeking a CT Tech to join a hospital team focused on quality patient care. You will perform radiologic imaging and CT exams for patients of all ages, ensuring safety and accuracy while following department procedures.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT R.T. (R) registration, CT Certification with CRT/CTCT Arizona license, and at least 1 year of experience; BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT R.T. (R) Reg Radiographer required.
• CT Certification and CRT and CTCT Arizona License required.
• At least 1+ year experience required.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic imaging procedures/exams to patients of all ages for diagnosis.
• Prepares and positions patients and equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Performs and completes diagnostic CT examinations accurately and timely.
• Assists in administration of contrast media per policy.
• Obtains high quality CT images and uses software protocols for quality images.
• Ensures quality assurance measures are met.
• Maintains communication with radiologists regarding findings.
• Ensures orders match diagnosis for proper reimbursement.
• Provides age- and culturally appropriate care.
