Job summary

RadNet Los Angeles is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams, monitor patients, and administer contrast safely in a fast-paced imaging center.

You will guide patients, respond to physician needs, protect patient information, and maintain professional interactions with staff and patients. Required ARRT CT licensure, BLS, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience; we offer comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT licensure for CT and/or CT certification.
• BLS certification may be required by state.
• Minimum one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or problems and take action.
• Administer contrast safely and effectively.
• Guide patients through procedures and answer questions.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and medications on site.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
