Job summary

Hugh Chatham Health seeks a CT Radiology Technologist to perform CT scans and ensure quality images while complying with safety standards. You will verify orders, explain procedures to patients, and support the Radiologist throughout exams.

The role requires ARRT Radiology or NMTCB Nuclear Medicine certification with CT registry within a year, plus BLS. This is a full-time, 1st shift position in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized radiologic or nuclear medicine program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and ARRT CT registry within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and ensure radiologist sign-off before performing exams.
• Identify patients and prepare them for CT procedures with explanations.
• Review patient history and correlate results with exam being performed.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper infection control.
