Job summary

RadNet is inviting a CT Technologist to join our radiology team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will perform high-quality CT exams, monitor patient well-being, and administer contrast safely while guiding patients through procedures and answering questions. A state license and ARRT CT credential are required, with BLS depending on state law.

Qualifications

• State licensure, ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT) as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through the procedure by explaining steps and answering questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient PHI and property on site.
