Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks a CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray exams with minimal supervision in a small-format hospital setting. The role requires ARRT radiography, CT certification, BLS, and English proficiency.

The position is full-time, on-site at our Brentwood/Pittsburgh-area facilities, with shift options and a $15,000 sign-on bonus potential. Come join a team committed to compassionate patient care and imaging excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing required
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT in radiography required
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT in CT, preferred, with exceptions: CT certification required (Las Vegas Market); CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
• 1+ years CT experience, preferred
• 1+ years ER experience, preferred
• Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer’s hardware/software and PACS
• Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses and other staff
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
• Perform imaging exams in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and laws; notify physician on duty of results
• Perform basic clinical procedures under direction of physician and/or nurse on duty
• Maintain documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
• Maintain adequate supply of reagents and consumables for quality testing
• Perform routine maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment
• Retain records of analytic activities for a minimum of two years
• Travel to all facility locations as required
• Attend staff meetings or company-sponsored meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned
