Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT exams under supervision, verify patient identity, review medical history, and set up equipment for high-quality imaging.

You will communicate risks and instructions, document findings for radiologist, and participate in quality initiatives. ARRT in Radiology/CT and BLS required; 1+ year CT experience preferred. Full-time, daytime shift, benefits provided.

Qualifications

• ARRT-registered in Radiology (R) or CT preferred
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) by orientation end date
• 1+ year Radiologic Technologist experience in Radiology or CT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams using appropriate imaging equipment.
• Verify patient identity and review medical history for exam appropriateness.
• Set up equipment and acquire images per script; review images and document deviations.
• Communicate data to radiologist and provide post-care instructions to patients.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient flow, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• May perform duties of a Radiologic Technologist as needed.
