Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computerized axial tomography procedures, including contrast administration, ensuring patient safety and compliance with department protocols. The role includes potential cross-training and collaboration with radiologists.

The candidate should meet licensure requirements, have an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related certs, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced hospital radiology setting in central Illinois.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days as required by policy.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (IEMA) as required.
• ARRT registrations in Radiography and CT within 1 year or NMTCB CNMT as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with contrast administration per department protocols.
• Provide patient care and monitor for adverse reactions and safety.
• Coordinate with radiologists to review exams and ensure accurate imaging data.
• Maintain equipment and assist with teaching staff or students as needed.
