Job Summary

Under the guidance of the supervisor, performs all diagnostic procedures with the knowledge of all pertinent and academic areas to produce high-quality exams. Works effectively with patients and physicians, maintaining a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. Prioritizes patient care and quality. May perform procedures on patients of all ages.

Essential Functions

1. Perform outpatient CT exams.
2. Ensure proper exam is administered; consult providers as needed.
3. Review images for identification and quality.
4. Check patient history and obtain necessary waivers/forms.
5. Establish rapport with patients and understand service requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.

Licenses and Credentials: NH State Licensure, ARRT certification, BLS certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency with CT imaging software, ability to start IVs, computer skills, experience with EPIC preferred, effective communication, and knowledge of administrative procedures.
