UC Health is hiring a CT/Radiology Technologist for the radiology department on a varying shift at West Chester Hospital. We are offering up to an $8,000 sign-on bonus!

The CT Technologist assists in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by producing diagnostic CT scans of various organs and structures of the human body. Operates with minimal supervision, uses independent judgment to determine the quality of radiographs, and ensures compliance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and appropriately with patients and staff, responding to varying needs.
• Perform diagnostic procedures by reviewing patient history, explaining procedures, and following protocols and safety measures.
• Ensure safety by providing protective equipment, regulating exposure time and intensity, and using equipment correctly.
• Review images for diagnostic quality, maintain records, and perform quality control.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under physician supervision, practice sterile techniques, and assist in emergency procedures as needed.
• Participate in continuing education related to Radiologic Technology and its subspecialties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current state license required.
