Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Blacksburg, VA seeks a PRN CT Technologist to perform CT procedures under Radiologist supervision. You will maintain equipment, support departmental planning, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT-R Radiography and ARRT-CT certificates, obtain BLS within 90 days, and complete CT certification within a year. PRN hours apply; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• BLS required within 90 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certificate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• ARRT-CT Computed Tomography certificate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• 6 months experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist with minimal supervision.
• Maintain CT equipment and supplies and contribute to departmental planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and provide patient care.
• Foster teamwork and demonstrate competency in relevant information systems.
