Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our Georgia imaging department. The role involves preparing patients, performing CT exams, and ensuring image quality while maintaining safety standards and patient comfort.

Must have accredited radiologic technology training and ARRT certifications; CT experience preferred. This position is on-site in Georgia with shift-based scheduling and competitive hourly pay with differential incentives.

Qualifications

• Requires Accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Requires ARRT Radiography and ARRT CT certifications; BLS or ARC-BLS.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify clinical orders and patient prep for procedures.
• Operate CT equipment and position patient for imaging.
• Maintain patient privacy and ensure dignity during exams.
• Restock and maintain department equipment and supplies.
• Document procedures and communicate findings with radiologists.
