Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for CT imaging in Augusta, GA. The role requires flexibility to meet department needs and may be assigned various shifts. You will perform imaging studies, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

This position requires an Accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT radiography and CT certifications, and BLS. You will work in a fast-paced department with emphasis on teamwork and quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required or able to obtain on hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS required; BLS-Instructor preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with imaging exams per department procedures.
• Verify clinician order and patient identity prior to procedures.
• Prepare and position patient; operate CT equipment; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness; assist other technologists as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain required documentation.
