Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in CT Technology.
• Must hold BLS certification and be a Registered Radiologic Technologist.

We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, located at the CVOPD in the Sutherland Cardiology Diagnostic Center. Responsibilities

• Perform quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods.
• Assist in the development of others through guidance and teaching, promoting professional practice within the radiological services team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and policies and procedures.
• Manage resources such as supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain professional work behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other related job functions as required.

Qualifications

Education: Technical Degree or Diploma in Radiology

Experience: 1-3 years in CT Technology

Skills: Effective communication, clinical competencies in radiography, basic knowledge of RIS, HIS, and PACS (preferred).

Licenses and Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), Registered Radiologic Technologist, Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography (ARRT)

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The role involves physical activities such as climbing, standing, reaching, and repetitive motions, with the ability to react quickly in emergencies. It may include exposure to body fluids and hazardous materials, requiring good balance, coordination, and visual acuity.
