The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CAT Scan procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment and initiative to acquire images for radiological diagnosis. Keeps the room clean and stocked with supplies necessary for CAT Scan procedures.

• Maintain all essential functions of the CT Technologist role.
• Review scheduled patient requisitions and charts before exams.
• Administer opaque contrast material as directed by Radiologist.
• Start IVs on outpatients requiring IV contrast.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Graduate
• Nationally Registered ARRT
• ARRT Registered CT Technologist

Preferred:

• Up to 1 year of related experience
