Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures. The technologist is expected to communicate and work independently in performing all CT procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood. The technologist prioritizes, provides, and promotes quality patient care and customer service to support the mission, vision, and values of Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. The technologist maintains and supports facility technical and procedural documentation expectations consistent with external and internal regulations and standards. The technologist positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees. The technologist demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT‑R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380‑bed acute‑care hospital offering a full range of services. We are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast. Lawnwood Hospital provides interventional and therapeutic care, including open‑heart surgery.
