St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is looking for an experienced and patient-centered CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you’ll perform complex, high-quality CT procedures while ensuring every child—and their family—feels safe, informed, and cared for throughout the process.
You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive team in a fast-paced environment that balances efficiency with empathy, ensuring that diagnostic excellence never comes at the cost of compassionate care.
The CT technologist is responsible for performing complex CT procedures to patients. The CT technologist maintains operational flow and maximum patient throughput without compromising patient care. Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met including Joint Commission and all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania statutes.
Work exclusively with pediatric patients in a hospital known for clinical excellence and family-centered care
Perform a wide variety of advanced CT scans for everything from emergency diagnostics to scheduled imaging
Maximize patient throughput without compromising safety, comfort, or quality
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
Be a key player in a collaborative team where your voice and expertise are valued
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
Prior experience in a hospital or high-volume imaging center (pediatric experience a plus)
Knowledge of radiation safety practices, imaging protocols, and patient prep
Excellent communication and patient care skills — especially when working with children
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and workflow efficiently
