Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiology or related field required.
• Radiologic Technologist State License in CT required.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification required.
• CT Technologist Certification (ARRT) or NMTCB required.
• Two years CT technologist experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows hospital protocol for exam routines and produces quality studies efficiently.
• Operates department equipment and seeks training in specific areas as needed.
• Warm up CT scanner, run QA, and manage contrast injector and PACs units.
• Complete CT procedures with accurate patient feedback and room prep.
• Adjust imaging as needed (windowing, contrast) and create reformatted images.
• Ensure correct patient identification and complete documentation (name, date, accession number).
• Assist with clerical duties to maintain workflow and quality.
