Job summary

Envision Imaging seeks a CT Technologist for our Southlake, TX location. The role requires performing CT examinations, positioning patients, and providing cross-section imaging with proper technical factors for radiologist review. Saturdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Position pay range: $35.35 - $45.57 per hour.

The CT Technologist will ensure high-quality scans, coordinate with radiologists, and maintain equipment while following safety protocols in an outpatient radiology setting.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ CT experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
• Excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with patients to obtain medical history and explain procedures.
• Review patient charts for missing information and implants.
• Obtain prior films and perform high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Assist patients before, during and after exams and monitor condition changes.
• Transfer images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinate scan protocols with Radiologist.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and report quality or safety concerns.
• Interface with Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager on departmental issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
