Job summary

Envision Imaging of Frisco is seeking a part-time CT Technologist for Saturdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The role involves performing CT examinations, positioning patients, and producing high-quality cross-section scans for radiologist interpretation in a clinical outpatient setting.

Requirements include CT experience (2+ years preferred), ARRT CT certification, CT registry, CPR, and a valid state license if applicable.

Qualifications

• Two plus years' CT experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Consistently exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with patients to obtain medical history and explain procedures.
• Reviews charts for missing info and implants, allergies, etc.
• Obtains prior films as needed and performs high quality scans for radiologist review.
• Performs exams while monitoring patient care before, during and after exam.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinates scan protocols with Radiologist.
• Maintains and inspects equipment; reports issues.
• Communicates with Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager.
