Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks CT Technologists to perform high-quality CT exams in an academic, patient-centered environment. You will obtain diagnostic images following established protocols, optimize radiation dose, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure.

You’ll start IVs and administer contrast, verify orders, and document exams in PACS/RIS while collaborating closely with radiologists, nurses, and referring providers.

Qualifications

• Perform CT exams following established protocols and ensure image quality.
• Optimize radiation dose while maintaining diagnostic efficacy.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure.
• Start IVs and administer contrast as required, following safety guidelines.
• Verify orders and document exams in PACS/RIS.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses and referring providers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain diagnostic CT images following established protocols.
• Optimize radiation dose to minimize patient exposure.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Initiate IVs and administer contrast as needed.
• Verify orders and document results in PACS/RIS.
