Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT accredited program completion is required.
• Current CT registration/licensure by AZDHS or active ARRT CT certification.
• BLS by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Ability to perform CT imaging under radiologist supervision.

Responsibilities

• Under radiologist direction, perform diagnostic CT exams ensuring safety and high-quality care.
• Position patient, select exposure factors, and initiate exposure per protocol.
• Adapt procedures with professional judgment for optimal diagnostic outcomes.
• Verify patient identity, pregnancy status when appropriate, and document exams.
• Monitor patient and equipment during procedures; report issues promptly.
• Maintain imaging records in the appropriate system with accurate times and data.
