Qualifications

• Must have a Mississippi Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT registration.

Responsibilities

• Administers computerized tomography exams under radiologist's supervision.
• Greets patient and completes preliminary interview prior to exam.
• Sanitizes examination rooms and prepares equipment.
• Starts IV's for patients prior to scan.
• Explains procedures to educate and relieve patient anxiety.
• Ensures compliance with safety measures.
