Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist to perform CT examinations and support radiologists in interventional procedures. The role requires accuracy in data handling and adherence to radiation safety standards.

Candidates must be graduates of accredited radiology programs, be ARRT or NMTCB certified, and hold Massachusetts licensure. Excellent patient care and collaboration with the team are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
• Completes records, paperwork and billing; submits promptly.
• Positions and transfers patients; assists physicians with interventional exams.
• QC on images and sends exams to PACS for physician review.
