Job summary

Prisma Health’s CT Scan team in Greer Medical Campus is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures and support patient care under the Radiologist and Manager. You will communicate with physicians, ensure proper protocol usage, and assist with room setup, contrast administration, and film archiving.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, CPR, and SC requirements; day shift and a non-management position with hospital policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registered and CT certification.
• CPR certification.
• SCRQSA certification (South Carolina).
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as directed by the Radiologist/Manager.
• Explain CT procedures to patients and families.
• Prepare room; check IV contrast; maintain supplies.
• Operate the PACS system and verify studies before archive.
• Respond to codes and emergencies as needed.
• Train coworkers when not busy in CT room.
• Maintain CT room cleanliness and equipment.
