Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a CT Technologist to provide high-quality CT imaging in a hospital setting, delivering patient-centered care and ensuring safety.

You will perform CT procedures, prepare patients, obtain consent, administer contrast when required, and document findings in RIS/PACS, while maintaining dose optimization and infection control.

Fulfilling ARRT credentials and BLS, you will join a collaborative team and support department operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following departmental guidelines and capturing diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment independently with emphasis on safety and image quality while minimizing patient dose.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and provide age-appropriate care using AIDET principles.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout exams.
• Administer contrast agents and perform venipuncture when needed.
• Review images for diagnostic quality, make corrections, and document in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and maintain infection control standards.
• Organize workflow and support department operations while adhering to regulatory requirements.
