Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging with strict radiation safety and patient care standards. You will obtain patient history, explain procedures using AIDET, and ensure comfort and safety during scans.

The role includes contrast administration, image review in RIS/PACS, and adhering to infection control protocols. The ideal candidate has ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, a completed Radiologic Technology program, at least one year of radiology

Qualifications

• Maintains accuracy and safety in imaging procedures.
• Adheres to radiation safety principles (ALARA) and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging with attention to radiation safety.
• Obtain patient history and explain procedures using AIDET.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety; administer contrast with sterile technique when needed.
• Review and document images in RIS/PACS.
• Respond to emergencies and support department workflows.
• Maintain imaging equipment and rooms per infection control standards.
