The position involves performing procedures, data collection, medication administration for reactions, ALARA-based scanning, and equipment QA. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer information systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic medical procedures under supervision of a physician.
• Start IVs, administer contrast media, and monitor vital signs.
• Collects and documents patient data, posts charges, and creates chart notes.
• Administers medication during allergic reactions per policy.
• Scans patients according to ALARA guidelines.
• Maintains clean, functional CT scanner and performs QA as required.
