Job summary

Houston Metro Urology is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans and related imaging procedures under physician direction in a hospital-affiliated setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and at least 2 years of radiology experience, with credentials in ARRT and BLS/ALS. The position is full-time and in-person at our Houston facility, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Two (2) radiology technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans following protocols and physician directions.
• Promote quality care during CT procedures.
• Manage patients during complex CT procedures (biopsies, drainages).
• Perform x-ray procedures in the operating room and C-Arm, print films.
• Assist in preoperative patient assessment including fluoroscopy.
• Maintain equipment calibration and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
