Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification upon hire or Nuclear Medicine technology certification.
• ARRT CT certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT examinations according to physicians' orders, using advanced CT equipment.
• Considers patient age and needs to produce optimal images with appropriate imaging factors.
• Applies knowledge and judgment for imaging technique and patient treatment.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safety and quality in imaging services.
