Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - ARRT upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• The CT Tech performs CT examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing CT equipment.
• Considers patients' special or age-related needs and imaging factors to produce optimal images.
• Uses knowledge and judgment to determine imaging technique and patient care during procedures.
