Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and produce sectional and 3D images for interpretation. You will assist with interventional and therapeutic procedures and ensure high-quality imaging with safety protocols.

Required are an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT CT certification within 9 months, NJ diagnostic radiology license, and BLS within 60 days of starting. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation.
• Assist with interventional and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure documentation accuracy.

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for the interpretation and assists with interventional and therapeutic procedures.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, CT) within 9 months of entering position
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.)
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
