About the Job
Performs all aspects of a CT exam as ordered by a physician and produces accurate and complete records upon its conclusion. Provides compassion and comfort to all patients throughout their exam.
What You’ll Do
- Review’s patient medical information and reconciles physician requests with exams ordered.
- Completes essential documentation such as consents and questionnaires prior to beginning patient’s exam.
- Performs exams in CT including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams and invasive procedures.
- Prepares and administers IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by protocol.
Who You Are
- Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet the requirements for registry by the ARRT in Radiology or equivalent training required.
- ARRT(CT) Certification preferred. ARRT(R) certification required.
- State of NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required.
- One to two years of general CT experience.
