Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging with a focus on patient safety and comfort. You will follow established protocols, assist radiologists, and ensure accurate imaging results for diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, NH State licensure, ARR T-CT certification, and BLS. Per diem schedule at multiple NH locations, onsite at our main Dover hospital.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • NH State license required; ARRT-CT certification required.
  • BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures per physician orders and protocols.
  • Position patients and ensure immobilization for image quality and safety.
  • Verify patient information and prior imaging before scans.
  • Operate and calibrate CT equipment and monitor patients during procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists for accurate interpretation and follow-up imaging.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and results.
  • Follow infection control and radiation safety standards.

Ensures patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare teams to provide accurate imaging results for patient diagnosis and treatment.Does this position require Patient Care?
