Requirements include a Radiologic Technology program graduate, CT registration within one year, ARRT registry, and BLS. Strong interpersonal and technical skills are essential in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• CT registered within one year of hire; ARRT registry; BLS (HCP).
• Good interpersonal and technical skills; flexible in assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures to apply ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis.
• Operate CT equipment and obtain quality images.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing.
• Train students and staff; may travel to other Carilion facilities.
