Job summary

Augusta ENT PC, a growing medical practice with multiple locations across the CSRA, is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist RT(R) for a flexible part-time CT position in our Aiken office. You will perform CT procedures and provide diagnostic images for review while loading, dispensing, disinfecting, and uploading Watch-Pat devices.

Qualifications

• Current Radiologic Technologist RT(R) license and a South Carolina Certification from SCRQSA.
• Working knowledge of CT imaging procedures, patient positioning, radiation safety, and image quality standards.
• Ability to independently perform CT examinations in accordance with physician orders, departmental protocols, manufacturer guidelines, applicable laws, and organizational policies.
• Ability to safely assist with transferring, repositioning, and supporting patients of varying sizes and mobility levels including use of wheelchairs.
• Requires adequate visual acuity to assess patients, review orders and electronic images, and operate CT equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to hear patient concerns, alarms, verbal instructions, and respond promptly in routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• The Radiology Tech performs CT procedures and provides staff physicians with diagnostic images for review, as well as load, dispense, disinfect, and upload all Watch-Pat devices.
• Must be available Fridays and interested in working flexible part-time schedule primarily in our Aiken office.
