Job summary

Novant Health's Outpatient Imaging team in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality CT imaging in a patient-focused setting, collaborating with radiologists and clinicians to ensure excellent care and growth.

The role is full-time, on-site with a 10:30 AM–7:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday. Required ARRT CT certification and state licensure; 1 year CT experience preferred; Associate degree in Radiography is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified Radiography program completion (required).
• NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine program (required).
• One year CT experience (preferred).

Facility: NHI Maplewood (Outpatient Imaging) | Location: Winston-Salem, NC | Full-Time (10:30AM-7:00PM Monday-Friday)

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.
• Experience: One year experience in CT, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • NH Medical Center- Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire. Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire, required.
  • NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT), required.
  • Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement, required.
  • Applicable state license, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Analytical ability, basic computer skills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to procedures based on age of patient, ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Prepares patient for procedures. Operates CT equipment.
