Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging, primarily CT, on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently, and ensuring quality control in outpatient oncology imaging.

The position offers a daytime shift with no call, weekends, or holidays, and focuses on outpatient oncology imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade equivalency required.
• R.T.(R) and/or CT certification preferred.
• 1+ year CT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and radiologic procedures.

Job description

Role Overview

Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT), on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparing patients and equipment for imaging procedures
• Conducting studies independently, including portable and on-call exams

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT (preferred)
• 1+ year CT experience (preferred)
• Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) and certifications like RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and radiologic procedures

Additional Requirements:

• Preferred 2+ years of experience and CPR/Intravenous Therapy certifications
• Ability to perform procedures in various settings, including portable exams
