Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking a certified CT Technologist to operate state-of-the-art CT equipment and generate diagnostic images for patients across the age spectrum. This role supports radiology services within a compassionate, patient-centered team.

You will collaborate with radiologists and technologists, maintain safety standards, and ensure accurate imaging protocols during day shifts (8:00–4:30). BLS certification required; ARRT/NMTCB certification essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
• Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school
• Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
• Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED

• Prior training or experience in Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning.
• Ability to insert intravenous catheter

Work Hours:

8-4:30pm
