Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic images for patients across all ages.

Requirements include ARRT or NMTCB accreditation, active CT registration, and BLS certification; prior CT experience and IV catheter insertion are preferred. Work hours are 9:00 am–5:30 pm; no weekend or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
• Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school
• Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
• Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED

• Prior training or experience in Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning.
• Ability to insert intravenous catheter
