Job Summary

Perform imaging procedures (Radiography, CT, Mammography, US, Nuclear Medicine, or MRI) and produce quality images for interpretation by a radiologist. Procedures are performed according to departmental protocols, policies, and standards of practice. Assess and monitor patients, providing appropriate patient care. An Imaging Tech I is required to function actively and meet qualifications and competencies in one modality in addition to radiography. Tech I's must become competent in CT within 6 months of employment unless already certified in another modality.
