This position will rotate at our new Plaza West Tower, scheduled to open in October 2025, which includes the world's first proton-counting CT scanners. We welcome new grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiology/CT Technologists to apply!

*** Willing to train an already licensed Technologist in CT! Acceptable licenses and certifications are listed below.***

Position Details:
  • REQUIRED: License or certification in RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, Nights 9pm-7:30am
  • No Call!!
  • Night Shift Differential
  • 5% Differential on top of base rate for CT certification
  • Relocation Bonus Eligibility
  • $5000 Sign-On Bonus
Overview

Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is Missouri's largest hospital and is ranked among the nation's top hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced modality (such as CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis, treatment, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepares patients and equipment for procedures.
  2. Performs studies independently, including on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required.

Education

  • Associate degree or equivalent trade school training

Experience

  • No experience required

Supervisor Experience

  • No experience required

Licenses & Certifications

  • IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
  • RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
Preferred Requirements

Experience

  • Experience in radiology or related fields preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Intravenous Therapy
